Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
1. The service
Bespoq provides you with your own booking, invoicing, and finance tracking account for your photography studio. You get a dedicated account, accessible by passcode, either on a bespoq.co.za subdomain or your own domain if you provide one.
2. Fees and billing
Your first month is free. After that, the service is billed at R600 per month via Paystack, charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract. Prices may change in future, but you'll always be given at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect for your account.
3. Your data
Data you enter, bookings, clients, payments, expenses, belongs to you. You can request an export of your data at any time, and you'll be given an export on request if you cancel. If your account is inactive for an extended period after cancellation, data may eventually be deleted; we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first.
4. Service provided as-is
Bespoq is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Bespoq relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase, Netlify, and Resend) to operate, and we're not responsible for outages or issues originating from those providers.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Bespoq is limited to the total fees you paid in the two months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for your own compliance with any applicable tax, invoicing, or business regulations. Bespoq is a tool to help you track and manage your studio's admin; it does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use Bespoq only for your own legitimate business purposes, and not to resell, copy, or redistribute the software or attempt to reverse-engineer it.
8. Ownership
Bespoq, the underlying software, remains the property of its developer. Signing up gives you a license to use the service for your own studio, not ownership of the software itself.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms, or about your account, can be sent via the contact form on the main site.
